Create Your Account
Sign up with your email address. No application to wait on.
- Name, email, and a password
- Confirm your email with the code we send you
- You can do this from your phone
Set Up Your Truck
Add your truck, then work through the setup checklist in your dashboard.
- Truck name, type, and the city you operate in
- Upload your logo and cover photo
- Add your menu with prices and descriptions
- Business details for your listing and receipts
- Connect your bank account for order payouts
Choose a Plan and Pay
The last step of the checklist. Your listing needs an active plan to go live.
- Base is $39 per month per truck
- A $49 one-time signup fee, and promo codes are accepted
- Base is also available annually at $389 per truck
- Pay by card. You can change or cancel the plan later

Publish your listing and start showing up for customers nearby.
- Final review of your listing
- Test your online ordering flow
- Your listing goes live on BiteRoutes
- Check in when you open so customers see you live

What You'll Need
Have these items ready to make onboarding as smooth as possible. Don't worry if you're missing something - we can help.
- Business name and contact information
- Menu with item names, descriptions, and prices
- Photos of your truck and food (we can help if needed)
- The city and the spots where you usually park
- A card for the plan and the signup fee
- Any permits/licenses (for verification)
Pro tip:Having professional photos of your food can significantly increase customer engagement. If you don't have them yet, we can provide guidance on how to take great food photos.

How long does onboarding take?
You control the pace. If you have your menu, photos, and business details ready, you can create the account, set the truck up, pay, and go live in one sitting. You can also stop after any step and come back later.
Is there a signup fee?
Yes. There is a one-time $49 signup fee per truck to cover setup and support. Promo codes can reduce or waive it.
What if I need help setting up?
Leave your details in the form on this page and we will get in touch and walk you through it. We are also available for support after you go live.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Online ordering is included with the Base plan from day one, and you can add or remove add-ons like advanced analytics, SMS notifications, and priority support at any time. The Pro plan is coming soon.
What are the requirements to join?
You need to be a legitimate food business with the proper permits and licenses for your area. We verify this during onboarding to maintain quality on the platform.
How does online ordering work?
Online ordering is included with the Base plan. Customers order ahead through your BiteRoutes listing, you receive the order in your dashboard, prepare the food, and the customer picks up at your location. Order payments go to your bank account, and payment processing fees apply to online orders.
